To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the printer? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

The printer is hp officejet 4500 g510n-z. When the ink was replace the alignment sheet that print was scanned upside down. Which cause the alignment to be messed up. I been trying to fix it but don't know how. Would you be able to help me with this problem?

Thanks for replying @Krazymama

Please try these steps to align the printer -

1. Load letter or A4, unused, plain white paper in the input tray.

2. Press the (Setup) button on the product control panel.

3. Selects Tools and then select Align Cartridge.

4. Place the alignment sheet face down on the scanner glass.

5. Press OK to scan the alignment sheet.

If the issue still persists, try these steps

Let me know.
