My printer is only printing blank pages, I have followed many different steps to try and resolve but nothing seems to work (clean cartridges, ink level etc). Status of the ink says its fine, I have the correct instant ink cartridges in, when I first set it up maybe a year ago or slightly longer it worked fine but I havent used it since... does this mean they have dried up? Is there a way to fix it?

Thanks for replying!
Upon checking I do not see the printer on your HP Connected Account.
I recommend contacting our HP Instant Ink website:
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/
They should be able to assist you with the issue.
