I signed up for their ink program. I then mailed in 2 cartridges in their bag. I never received anything from them so I went to office supply and bought them I canceled the subscription. At 6 months my printer stopped working. I have called customer service three times and give up after 45 min or so waiting on hold
I have done a factory reset. Still no printing Now what?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thanks for trying. All I got back was a standardized watch out for scammers memo from someone at HP. I am returning my printer to Costco. So much for HP. You seem like a nice guy, too bad the product isn’t.
Actually I have heard HP was sued over this practice wish I was a part of it
