Hi, after a couple of months of not being used, my printer will not print black, and the colours that it does print are also wrong. I've done all the support suggestions, ie clean the print head etc, but to no avail. Ink levels are nearly full, and I haven't got any more to try, but I suspect that the cartridges have dried out. As the levels are nearly full, I'm not due any replacements soon, but I've got a load of printing to do. Can anyone help?

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number and contact phone number for further assistance.
