Bonjour,

Je viens de changer mes cartouches dans le cadre de mon abonnement instant ink. Pas de soucis avec la noire mais problème avec la couleur (voyant clignote) et j'ai un message d'erreur E0 qui s'affiche. 

Cela vient il de la cartouche ou de mon imprimante ? Celle ci est récente (novembre 2020) et je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec.  Je précise que c'est mon premier changement de cartouches dans le cadre de mon abonnement. Jusque là, c'était celles fournies avec l'imprimante à l'achat.
