Hello all,
I am having trouble claiming my InstantInk Code. When I try to, it just prints a piece of of paper with the logo in the top corner. When I attempt to use my email (e.g,., abc@hpe.com; I use abc), as the code as instructed, it says it is not valid. When I remove web services and then add web services again, the printer gives me the same email again (e.g., abc@hpe.com), which also does not work again. How do i fix this?

Appreciate you trying the steps to re-enable the Web-Services. Let's try a printer reset.
I have sent you a private message with the semi-full reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
