Hi, 

I have managed to connect my  printer to my WiFi and I’m attempting the ink subscription but I keep getting the message “There was a problem finalizing your subscription”. I’m using the HP 3637 All in One printer.

 

please help.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Find the Printer Claim Code

 

If you are not able to get the code, refer to - Having Trouble Claiming Your Printer?

 

If you still have issues, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here or go to HP Instant Ink support
