I have managed to connect my printer to my WiFi and I’m attempting the ink subscription but I keep getting the message “There was a problem finalizing your subscription”. I’m using the HP 3637 All in One printer.

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
