i activated my 9 months free ink trial via hp smart app but can't see subscription in my app. spent about 8 hours on whatsapp with no resolve

It is very painful to talk to these ppl on the phone, i don't have the intelligence to sustain their scrutiny. even after 30 minutes they dont understand the issue. the only think left for me to disclose to them is hat I am married and have 3 children.

Can i share the screenshot of the transaction ID and my billing details by PM
