Problem with Ink Cartridge

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My new instant ink cartridges arrived without any issues. The new colour catridge is exactly the same as the one that needs replacing but whenever I put the new one in the printer I cannot print anything at all and the printer just says: "Problem with cartridge".

I have tried everyhting on the hp website and the virtual agent didn't help at all. 

How do I fix this problem?
