Repeated error message "Cartridge Problem. Remove and replace indicated cartridge".
I've tried this until I'm blue in the face, but to no avail. There seems to be another fault too with the printer:
NO CARTRIDGE IS INDICATED. CARTRIDGE CARRIER IS IN RIGHT-HAND POSITION WHEN COMPARTMENT IS OPENED, I.E. NOT IN CORRECT POSITION FOR REPLACING THEM.

This looks like a carriage jam issue, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays to isolate and resolve the issue.
Also, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
