Good morning! I'm in trouble with my Hp Envy photo 6230.
It detects a problem with the black cartridge. Now i started the istant ink subscription but they cannot send me the new cartridge until the problem is solved (cause they can't read the level of the ink).
What should i do?
On the Hp-support page they say to clean up with a cotton swab, but it still detects a problem
