Hi,

Got a problem with my brand new black cartridge, it's like it isn't detected.

When I try to print a document, the print starts, but the sheet stays as white as snow !

This was the first time I was replacing the cartridges.

The firsts were ok (color&black).

 

As I subscribed to Instant Ink contract, could you please send me a new black cartridge, unless you can fix this issue ?

I've tried to follow these advices but problem still happens.
