Problem with black cartridge

Hello! I have  an Envy Photo 6230 printer. When I try to print I get the message "Cartridge problem" related to the black cartridge: it suggests me to uninstall and then reinstall  the cartridge, but when I tried it didn't solve the problem. Also I have cleaned the contacts on the cartridge as suggested by the support page, but I still see the same message and the printing doesn't work. At the moment I haven't a new cartridge to replace the one in use, and a message in my account says that I can't have a new cartridge delivered if I don't solve the problem. Could you please help me. Thank you.
