Terrible service from HP.
I received an error message Problem with cartridge. I removed and replaced a few times as per the HP instructions and it began to print then stopped again (wasted paper).
The black cartridge appears to be empty but I can see the message that because there is an error a new cartridge won't be sent until the error has been fixed.
I have used the virtual agent but no solution. I have tried the agent option and no reply twice.
I cannot now recommend this service.
