Problem with cartridge (color)



I’ve bought m’y printer few monthes ago. It worked Well. For the First Time, I install cartridge sent by HP. The black works well but not the colour. I try several Time. So I bought new cartridge because I was in a Hurry.

So what us next step ?

how can I prove that the cartridge is not OK ?

How can I do to not have to pay anorher cartridge ?
