Problem with color Instant Ink cartridge

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the Instant Ink service and everything has been working fine until recently.  Now I keep getting an error stating that there is a problem with an ink cartridge.  I’ve gone through all of the troubleshooting steps, but I still get the error.  I know the problem is with the color ink cartridge, because when I replace it with an old color cartridge, the error goes away. Unfortunately I cant use colored ink because the old cartridge is dried up. I think I just need to have the cartridge replaced, but I don’t know how to go about doing that with Instant Ink. Has anyone had this problem and found a solution or successfully had their cartridge replaced?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
