Problem with colour cartrige

HP ENVY Photo 7134

Recently installed new colour cartridge and initially worked ok. Now says problem with cartridge and despite taking out, cleaning, reporting and rebooting printer, it says there is still a problem. Can I have a new cartridge please? HP 64/303
