I have been paying for this service for over 4 years and I've been having trouble with the color cartridge for just as long. I finally got someone Via chat to tell me they were sending me a new one and now it's saying nothing is con<ming because of a billing issue?? I think it's sad that I've paid every single month and haven't gotten much adequate use out of it and now I'm being refused help when I really should not have to pay this month. I should be getting a credit if you ask me. This is terrible customer service so someone really needs to look into this

I see that you are facing an issue with ink delivery and charges on your instant ink account.

The support here is limited to troubleshooting and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
