HP Envy 5032 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a lot of  trouble getting my HP Envoy 5032 All In One Printer to recognize my HP Color Ink Cartridge even though it has Ink left in it,  it has appeared on HP Smart indicating that ink is left (approximately 2/3 left) .

 

I am having problems with the Firmware update which does not let me select it when the up date box appears and some times asks me to restart my PC with no effect .  The Firmware update process indicates I am up to date on one column in the dialog box.

 

I have tried re booting the printer and taking the color cartridge in and out (and cleaning it with a cloth) and still experience the same cartridge error message. I am on a HP Connected Instant Ink Plan and may need a new color cartridge even though I have not received a message that it is empty yet. 

 

Can any one help or have experienced similar problems?

Any help would be appreciated .
