Problems entering printer claim code

HP Recommended
Hp deskjet plus 4122
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced my old printer a hp 2632 deskjet with a hp 4122 deskjet plus printer . I wish to transfer my instant ink account to the new printer.  Every time I  apply the code I get a message saying there is a problem please try later could some one help me as I do not wish to pay 2 lots of subscriptions to instant ink  many thanks
