Product: HP envy 5032

I've bought a HP envy 5032 printer and it came with a 5 months free trial ink service.  now I've tried to get the 5 months free trial ink service but it olny gives me the option of 1 month free trial. What can i do?

Is this offer mentioned on the printer box or did you get a coupon inside the printer box?

 

Kindly attach a picture of the offer in your next post for better assistance.
