Help,

 

I am a HP Pays customer. The HPPAYS website is functioning but has not been updated with my usage since May. The phone number for support picks up after one ring and says it can't connect.  Same goes for the HP PAYS sales number. 

 

How can I reach HP PAYS ?   I need to get toner!
