I have installed 2 new cartridges that have been sent to me from HP Instant Ink as part of my plan and it wont print "Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information" I have dont this and it says purchase cartridges. This printer has been a pain since i bought the dam thing. Unexpected ink cartridge also keeps showing up even though its a genuine HP, and its what they sent me. Hope someone can help, im self employed and have already lost 1 day of work.

Install one ink cartridge at a time and try printing or making a copy to identify the defective ink cartridge.
