I have an HP ENVY Photo 6234 All‑in‑One Printer.
After installing a new cartridge i get the error message: Cartridge problem, remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge etc etc.
I have done all of the steps indicated on the support section numerous times but still does not work.
Instant ink says a new cartridge will not be sent until error is resolved.
So here i am stuck, going around and around because i cant resolve it and so cant get a new ink cartridge.
Please would an HP support rep please get in contact with me and help this t get resolved.
