Update: HP took care of it and my case is solved.
I have been on instant ink program for 5 years. I replaced my printer recently and was told that I would receive 6 months of instant ink for free if I signed up for HP+. I signed up and only received two months free…how do I get the other 4 as advertised? Side note: I had been speaking with Betty from HP customer service but haven’t heard back from her in over 2 weeks so I’m hoping to get another shot at this.
