HP OfficeJet Pro With Page5000
Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased a printer that came 5,000 pages, meaning I paid much more than the printer was worth to get free ink until I printed 5,000 pages, I had only used about 1,800 pages.  Because HP decided to no longer offer the 5,000 page prepaid program they removed me and put me in a program that you pay $3.99 a month for 50 pages without my knowledge, because I won't provide a payment method for the new account they put me in without my permission or knowledge, they have suspended my account and now I can no longer print until i provide a payment method.  I don't think that is fair to remove me from a program that I paid for in advance.  I have reached out to Customer Service, and I keep getting sent to INSTANT INK.  I have spoken to a rep several times and a supervisor who basically told me "TOUGH LUCK", he stated, we don't offer that program anymore so you can't remain in that program even though you purchased it.  Can anyone recommend a way to get to someone higher than a Supervisor to plead my case to?
