Purchased printer with 9 months free instant ink. After enrolment today it is only showing as 2 months. No claim or offer code anywhere but leaflet in box says "enjoy 9 month trial included with your printer purchase". How do I get the 9 months offered?

My query was nothing to do with not printing - the Instant Ink 9m offer which was part of my printer purchase was not being given when I registered for Instant Ink. I cancelled my registration process and posted the query on here. I eventually got an email from HP asking me to complete the Instant Ink regustrration and that link then gave me the correct offer! All a rather long winded and unneccssary process - particularly after I had to return my oroginal printer as the wifi connection didnt work (even after 45mins on the phone to HP support).
