Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting a message that I need to use an HP print cartridge and I always use HP print cartridges. I have never used anything other than HP cartridges and I currently have an HP or all your HP cartridges at the moment while I'm getting a message stating that I need to put in HP cartridges
