I HAVE RECEIVED AND FIXED MY REPLACEMENT INK CATRIDGE BUT DOES NOT PRINT. KEEP ASKINF ME TO FIX CATRIDGE

Is the Printer on the HP Instant Ink Program? If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message? If no, you could either return it to the store/website you purchased it from or contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
