I was on a 50 page plan but kept using too many. Now I am on the 100 page plan.

However I am accruing a really large rollover now I am part time. As i am retired did not want to keep the number adding up so downgraded to the 50 plan.

THEN promptly lost all the rollover pages that I had. [three months worth]


HEY I paid for all those why should they just take them. I had the answer but never saw that in the terms and conditins.

Who can I call to get them back.

I don't see anything in the contract that specifically states what you are asking...

Might have missed it, of course.


For example,

 Instant Ink – Terms of Service - UK

Sections 7 and 8


Regardless, it matters not at all what I think or what I can find in a document.

We - the Community - are not Instant Ink Support.


What to do?


The instructions in the contract document do explain you should contact Instant Ink Support when you have questions or concerns.


If you have not done so, Instant Ink Support is an excellent place to start. 

How?  Scroll down or use the information in the contract (link provided earlier in this message).




You can hang out here and wait for a Community agent to find your query.

Waiting here is not always fast - waiting does usually work.
