HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

I have the basic 15 page £0.99 per month instant ink package. My last ink shipment was September 2021. The black ink has recently started to fade and  now has completely gone. On my instant ink account, it says the ink levels are fine and this is backed up by the ink levels on the printer itself, however, I do not believe this to be true as i use it mainly to print postage labels and the quality deteriorated rapidly before going altogether. Basically, I just want to get them to ship me more ink, but all avenues of contact seem to be very laborious, virtual assistant has me going round in circles and was no real help and calling seems to be out of the question as it said I had to pay £20+ as my printer is out of warranty. My printer lost contact with Instant ink, which is now restored and it says ink is due next month, but it's said this previously without turning up, so i don't trust that. I should be grateful for any help received if someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks
