Ran out of ink again! No cartridge! Neither black nor color. Again! Their reading said I had some. Apparently has never been accurate for my printer & never received replacements as promised.
Customer service was rude & keep insisting I had ink. Keep saying it was a printer problem. When u r printing a document & the first few pages are fine, then the next few are lighter & lighter until they go away is not a ink problem. Didn't call intending to cancel, but "customer service" made me really mad.
Then told her to just cancel my account. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn't use their ink to print anymore. That was the problem i called about, I had no ink! Was she even listening? And they r going to bill me next month for the ink I haven't received!
WHAT A RIP OFF!!!

I need help too! I ran out of ink today. My printer did notify me, so I was able to cancel the prints, but I don't have another color cartridge to install. My account shows they're shipping 2 color cartridges based on November 12th, but it will take forever to receive them. What am I supposed to do until then considering I have hundreds of full color flyers to print before Monday!!!!! i've been a member for years and have never had this happen!
