Purchased new printer and signed up for automatic ink replacement.  Ran out of ink and had to purchase ink to complete job that had to be finished now

Kindly elaborate more on the issue.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Printer ran out of in 6 month trial period. Had to print a job this past weekend.  Ran out of ink on first page. Had to purchase cartridge ($33.99) . Please cancel instant ink subscription.
