Common problems for INSTANT INK, HP+ PLANS: INK AND TONER

I like HP Instant Ink and shall continue but would like a better solution. This has happened three times. Once I got in contact, they sent a correction promptly. It takes at least an hour or two to work their system to get to a person, then trying to understand the polite person on the other end of the phone.

Issue. I receive cartridges in the mail. I am in Albuquerque at 5000 ft elevation.  When I go to use them, I remove the cap and ink oozes or squirts out in one or two cartridges. The first time I tossed them and got replacements in 5 days. The second time I needed the blue  so I wiped it up and washed my shirt and hands. It worked for a week until I printed a picture with heavy blue. All blue was in streaks.

Problem: I am sure the customer service is designed to discourage phone calls and the Virtual does not have a category.

Is there a better way?

I appreciate your sincerety. I was directed today to go to my original post and to reply with today's result. I did. I saw also your response that asked me to click on the blue message icon for the solution. I did and this is the message that says to click on the blue icon.

Problem: I inserted the new blue cartridge. The issue with blue horizontal crayon-like lines across the entire page is getting worse. I have spent at least 3 hours and 50 pages trying to correct it. I have followed all the instructions I can find.. If I don't print color, it prints fine.

I don't find the instructions, nor do I feel I am qualified to find the printer head and clean it in some way. This is not a thnk little line across the page. It is much larger.

Can you mail me directly at [personal info removed]

Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.
