Stampante fotografica All-in-One HP ENVY 6232
Linux

I have a problem with this HP ENVY 6232 All-in-One photo printer, I am using a Raspberry mini PC version 4.
The problem is found only when I print photos with 200gm 4x6 Hp photo paper, annoying vertical strips come out, which I attach photos with red arrow to point out the defect, the printer and new one just bought, if I print in A4 format it works perfectly.
Do you have any advice ????

@GiorgioIOT Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting vertical lines while printing on the photo paper.

Do not worry. Let's work together and get this issue addressed.

Please let us know if you print on the normal paper you are getting vertical lines.

Your printer supported only 70 to 90 g/m² media. Please refer to the following specifications

I would suggest you use that media size paper and check for the issue.

Please contact our HP stores and purchase the Photo paper.

Keep us posted,
