Hello I have the same problem as well. Bought my new printer from Currys with 5 months instant ink and it has not been applied to my account after signing up. Please can you belp?

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?

Hi -- i have the same issue where 4 months of free trial doesnt show up with my HP 2772 All-in-one printer purchased in CA, USA. Can you please help me on how to register for free trial and the next steps? Attaching the pic on the printer.

Hi im having the same problem, I purchased a DeskJet Plus 4122 and the box states I have a 3 month free trial. I set it up today however the free trial isn't showing in my account.
