Hi -- i have the same issue where 4 months of free trial doesnt show up with my HP 2772 All-in-one printer purchased in CA, USA. Can you please help me on how to register for free trial and the next steps? Attaching the pic on the printer.

I have the same issue with the printer purchased from Currys last week and setup instant ink account but not seeing the 5 months free trial in my account. Can you please help me as well?
