I am having the same issue- purchased printer via Argos which advertised 6 months of instant ink. However, I have only been given 3 and I cannot see where to contact HP. Please advise!

I understand you are looking for free Instant Ink months. You will have to enroll the printer in Instant Ink by selecting a plan.

Kindly refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Once enrolled, the free months will automatically be credited to your Instant Ink account.

If not, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Make sure your printer is eligible for Instant Ink.

I've already been there and followed the steps.

 

But there is no left menu appear, and it just directs me to see the mobile app.

 

On the mobile app, there is no Instant Ink tile appear. This is an infinite loop!

Have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app?

Instead of the HP Smart app, use a web browser to open the Instant Ink home page and try to enroll.

 

If the issue persists, kindly contact the Instant Ink department in your region for assistance. The contact information can be found on the home page of Instant Ink. Click here
