Hello, I have the same problem with HP Deskjet3720 and I am in free printing plan and problematic cartridge is sent me by HP. I can’t reach anyone to ask them to send me another one.

Hello, as I explained before, I have free printing plan on my printer and the black ink cartridge was defective since I received it and I tried to use color cartridge so far because of that reason. However I must use blank ink as well now because of personal needs. Can you send me another black ink cartridge as part of free printing plan? Because cartridge shows full on printer but actually it does not work. As it shows full, order is not created automaticly. I have HP DeskJet 3720 / serial no: [Private info removed]
