Hello,

 

I'm having the same issue, but I never received replacement ink. I cancelled my InstantInk subscription, bought a black and color cartridge. I spent 80 $ and now I'm having the same issue now. Black ink cannot be detected by the printer. I cleaned the pins, but nothing worked.

Would you please follow up with case number 5054251859?

Thanks Jay for your help. It looks like they have a 2 years timer in every printer that tells it to keep working until the end of warranty. Anyway, I just bought a new Printer and it’s not an hp.
