hi, i have same problem, and this problem has only occured after installing NEW instant ink cartridge today, the old cartridge does not work, and the new crtridge gives no error message, but the black will not work, the serial number is [edit], it is envy 4524, the firmware is up to date and we have made no changes to operating sytem or drivers, i have tried everything and support agent is useless, i need new cartridge sending out but it seems suppport has no option for this!!
