Re: Black ink will not print

HP Recommended

Hi! Help! Just installed new cartridges, and just the black won’t work. In all the troubleshooting processes and reports the color bars and whatnot show but nothing black. I try to align the printer. Printer prints out the page (Blue bars and red important arrow. I put the paper up to scan, and it says paper not detected. Try to scan again and the printer gives me a message that says the quality is set to default. I hit OK. And then nothing. Nothing fixed, nothing worse. Been through this like 4 times now. It’s a 4524 instantink cartridge. So frustrated and panicked! Please help!
