None of this helped, and I need to talk to a live person to return this cartridge and get another one.
I feel the cartridge is defective. I need contact info. The link there puts me in a virtual loop. I get a virtual agent or my product has to be under warranty. The virtual agent cannot help , I've cleaned those heads so many times, I've lost count. I am stuck with a printer which is enrolled hp connect instank ink plan, but can't use my printer, and no where to turn to.
A very frustrating situation. I have a second printer that is not enrolled as a backup. It is fine. But imagine if i had to depentd on the one printer. Give me a number so I can return the cartridge for exchange.
My product is HP Envy 4522 enrolled with Hp instant ink ( hpconnected.com)
