Purchased HP Office Jet Pro 8030 series with offer of 8 months of free ink. There was no card in the box and no instructions on how to redeem 8 month free ink offer. Please advise ASAP.

@Dreamt, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

For Instant ink ready printers, the 8 free months get added once the enrollment is complete. Sign up and pick the plan you want and the billing will start after the trial/free period is over.

Have you enrolled in a plan yet? To know how, refer to this document.

For more info on Instant Ink, refer to the FAQ document.
