So, basically what you are saying is we pay hp(the criminals) each month for pages, well let's look at that a bit, we paid for the printer, we paid for the paper, and we PAID for the ink, but if we cancell then our printer are no good. I have been through this and my printer will not work at all, no matter what I do, I can reset it six ways to sunday and it will not work, I even hooked it up to a computer that does not have network and it still will not work, so basically hp has disabled my printer out of spite, just because I didn't want to pay them any more money. You fail to realize, you aren't the only printer manufacturer, however you are the last one I will ever buy from, in fact I am looking at replacing my two hp computers also. What you are doing is criminal, and you know it!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
