Re: Cancelled Instant Ink service and now I can't print
As described in the Instant Ink terms of service the Instant Ink cartridges can only be used in a printer that is enrolled in Instant Ink. Once they have been installed in an Instant Ink printer they may not be used in a different printer, or in the original printer if there is not an active Instant Ink subscription.
If your subscription has been canceled you will need to replace the cartridges with retail cartridges. The printer will not print if there are any Instant Ink cartridges installed after the plan has been canceled.
