Re: Cancelling Instant Ink Contract disables printing

Hi- cancelled Instant Ink - installed standard cartridges - now every time I go to print printer pauses on "Connect to Instant Ink' - it clears on OK button then prints - but - how do I disable this on Printer please?

Hi,

Thank you for you post.

Please go to the link hpinstantink.com/users/signin

and ensure that the cancellation is done properly.

The Cancellation will be completely effective by the end of the billing cycle.

 

Also try the printer software uninstall and reinstall and check the results if the message still displays.

Let me know the result of uninstall and reinstall.

Hi - actually I just did a factory reset - then skipped the Instant Ink bit! A lot faster than an uninstall and re-install.
