Re: Cartridge Error

Why is it I have posted a few times and nobody seems interested from HP they send you all around the houses when it be sorted quite easily. so I have tag it onto this one in the vain hope someone can help but i'm not holding my breath.

Anyway I have a HP Envy photo 7134 Series printer. 

Suddenly I started getting error messages that the black cartridge is not installed correctly.  I have removed it and reinstalled it  numerous times and still get the same message. I ran a test on them and test indicated faulty black cartridge. 

I even cleaned the cartridge and contacts on the cartridge and in cradle area but to no avail,  even checked the software and printer says it's up to date.

Instant print said until error is cleared I will not get any cartridges shipped to me.

So come HP,  how do I clear error message to enable printer to work.

HP ENVY Photo 7855

Cartridge Problem: "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."

This continues to happen over and over again. I buy brand new ink and it still happens. Please help. I've completed all of the tips for correction and it still occurs.
