HP Recommended

This is a really stupid error.  After I logged into Intantink.com I realised that my credit card details were out of date and that is why the Instant Ink cartridge gave this error.  Would it not be better to show the error "Update Instant Ink Payment Details to enrol new cartridge."  That would have saved me a lot of time and nagging by my wife who needed to print tickets?   

Your Virtual agent had me looking for firmware updates … genius.  HP has achieved one thing in that your Virtual Agent is very lifelike with that stock response.
