I am enrolled for 2.5 years and we are still having this issue. Waiting on hold for hours is not helpful.

Please continue to push for agent support as they are the only ones who can fix this for you.   Support wait times are much higher due to the pandemic but they are there and can help.

I could also ask them to call you but I would need a specific day and time with 48 hours notice for the call back.  Let me know if you would like this and I'll send you a private message to get your details.
